POST: COMPUTER TECHNICIAN / ASSISTANT SYSTEM ANALYST

SALARY SCALE: C4.3 (P75,624.00 – P111, 906.00 per annum)

LEAVE:25 working days

QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Computer Studies / Degree in Information Technology or related field

EXPERIENCE: Nil

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To offer first level information and technology support to users and assist in the administration of information technology systems.

DUTIES
• Cleaning of viruses on computers
• Taking calls from users requiring assistance and rendering such
• Network administration and support
• Microsoft GP 2016 end user support
• Smartpay and EMC end user support
• Microsoft products support (installing, troubleshooting and remedying)
• Hardware configuration and installation (support)
• Updating inventory
