Job Description

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day running of the branch
• Handling all imports, exports and other operations based on the customer SLA agreements
• Managing of staff
• Ensuring secure, safe, efficient and customer orientated handling of the security operations and according to company standards, processes and procedures as outlined in company’s security manuals.
• Adhering to local, national and international security legislation and procedures
• Applying company guidelines and ensuring goals of the company in respect of working conditions, atmosphere and performance of employees.
• Leading staff meetings
• Ensuring that human, physical and financial resources are suitable for business requirements
• Assessing direct subordinates annually
• Ensuring company’s information updates are communicated within relevant teams
• Interaction with General Manager by ensuring strategy for department is adhered to and updated frequently
• Ensuring customers service at high level based on operational outputs

Minimum Requirements

• GCSE
• Dangerous Goods Certification
• Basic Air Cargo Security (Level 3)
• Standard Air Cargo Security (Part 108 Level 3)
• At least 3 – 5 years experience in Logistics and Transportation environment
• 5 years experience in Security environment
• Experience in writing basic reports
• Knowledge of operational administrative processes
• Excellent Computer Literacy knowledge
