Assistant Administrative Officer

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, who is able to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules and assisting in managing admin support staff.

Requirements

– Diploma in Office Administration or related qualification
– Minimum 2 years experience in office administration or related field of work
– Valid Driver’s Licence (2 years driving experience)
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
– Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
– Excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
– Must be attentive to detail and possess problem-solving and organisational/planning skills.
