Application Support x7 – MMSI

Job Purpose

Provide basic technical support for and improve usage of Modular products Knowledge and experience of using Modular’s core products and their best use practices

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Required Skills

Mandatory requirement.

• Knowledge and experience of working on all Modular Products (Dispatch®, MineCare®, ProVision®, Asset Alert)
• Experience working on SQL, C, C#.
• Good written and verbal Communication skids
• Report writing abilities
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Should have a Driver personality per DISC assessment

Other Requirements:

• Mining experience preferred
• Multilingual a plus
