INNOVATION AND VAS COORDINATOR – BTC

Reporting directly to the Products Manager-Consumer, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the development of products and services for the Consumer segment, including but not limited to mobile services, fixed, broadband services and converged products. You will review the product development, concept testing, pre-production and acceptance testing, commission market research (from the Market Research Section) for purposes of gap analyses to understand requirements for new products and services. The candidate will also develop business cases for developing products and services, identifying market demand, development costs, pricing strategy, sales volumes, revenue targets and return on investment.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Marketing, Telecommunications or equivalent qualification supported by 5 years’ experience of product development in a telecommunications environment. Membership of a professional marketing institute would be an advantage.
