The Job

Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for implementing monitoring and evaluation, as well as, research activities aimed at measuring progress and gaps in the implementation of the NTS.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Provides input into the development of and ensures implementation of the M&E strategy
• Develops and implements M&E plans to support implementation of the M&E Strategy.
• Provides input into the design of the national monitoring framework to measure national performance towards the achievement of Vision 2036.
• Assists in coordinating design and cascading of the decentralized monitoring frameworks to measure performance towards the achievement of Vision 2036 at sub-national levels.

• Ensures maintenance of all the identified reliable data sources for all monitoring Indicators including those in the High-Level Outcome Indicator Framework.
• Oversees the storage and retrieval of data and information for populating all the key performance monitoring indicators and targets.
