• Teaching kids aged between 0-6years
• Taking part in all activities taking place in the school
• Be able to attend to any emergency arising in the school eg bathing kids who accidentally wet themselves etc
• Have good working relation with parents and other staff members
• Can work under little or no supervision
• Takes care of all the kids equally
• Punctual
• Have at least certificate in early childhood education
