BARCLAYS BANK – PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Ensure effective portfolio reporting and communication across the change portfolio in defined formats for distribution to change stakeholders

Produce reporting packs as required for the change portfolio and distribute quality reports to relevant stakeholders.The reports content to be obtained through extracting, consolidating and generating information from various sources

Assist the Change Enablement Lead to determine,together with the Senior Project Managers their business requirements as well as the prioritisation of business need

Support the Change Enablement Lead and Senior Project Manager with all governance related administrative tasks to ensure the execution of a well governed Change Portfolio

Assist with the implementation of new and on going enhancements or changes with regard to the change landscape,methodologies and frameworks,target operating models,and supporting processes to be complied with by all change resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field
• PMP or Prince 2 is an added advantage
• Financial Management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analyzing skills
• Innovation and change
• Delivery of results
• Project and change management
