Strategic Breakthrough International (SBI) is poised to become Botswana’s No.1 research-led producers of high quality and innovative business conferences and events not only for the Botswana market but also for the SADC region and the entire Continent of Africa. SBI is looking for self-motivated, results-oriented and high performing individuals to start work at the beginning of the new year in order to help the company achieve its goal of producing and hosting a total of 30 business conferences and events in the year 2019. PART-TIME CONFERENCE FACILITATORS/LECTURERS:

We are seeking Business/Management professionals with a minimum of Masters degrees to join our company as Part-Time Lecturers/Facilitators to provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment in our 30+ business conferences, summits and events per year, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our participants in Botswana, Zambia and the SADC and achieve desired learning outcomes.

We are seeking high-quality candidates capable of providing a strong contribution to teaching, research and the development of conference and training/course materials. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with expertise and the skills appropriate to the delivery of presentations and courses in the field of customer service, general and strategic management, project management, HRM, marketing, PR, management of innovation and change and many other diverse fields of studies.

To be considered for the above position, candidates should be in a position and willing to work after hours and weekends (i.e. as overtime) but this will only necessary as and when the situation demands.
