External Verification/Moderator

Applicants are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of part time external Verifier / moderator in the fields of Technical education in the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology. The suitable candidates will be engaged when the need arise.

Remuneration
Candidates will be remunerated according to the rates set by the Awarding Body of the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology.

Qualifications
A degree in a Technical Vocational Education with at least 3 years practical experience. Knowledge and skills in technical education will be an added advantage. The candidate should be accredited with Botswana Qualifications Authority as Assesors and Moderators.

Main purpose of job
To ascertain whether or not the assessment of outcomes described in the National Credit Qualification Framework or qualifications are fair valid reliable and consistent.
