UHT Technician

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Ensure all mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance including PLC’s to be done according to maintenance manuals.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Do preventative maintenance tasks as required.
• Be able to do root cause analysis on breakdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks in UHT department to be done on the highest possible international standard at all times.
• Ensure that all physical maintenance on processing, Tetra Pak filling and down stream machines,
• Homogenized, and sterilizing in UHT department.
• Be able to do any type of breakdown repairs in the factory.
• Available for call-outs

CAPABILITIES

• Candidate should possess;
• Technical/Analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Maintain good team work
• Have knowledge of the Tetra machines
• Computer literacy
• Sound knowledge of the business
• Good communication skills
