responsibilities
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Welcome visitors walk in and telephonically by greeting them.
- Monitor meeting rooms and boardrooms bookings
- Maintains security by following procedures; i.e issuing visitors cards, registering them on a book.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
