Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
• Ensure continuous growth of sales and customer base
• Develop and manage a client retention plan
• Develop and plan sales activities and promotions
• Formulate and implement short, medium, and long term business development & marketing strategies & plans
• Undertake and assess market research which may help find any gaps for business opportunities
• Ensure continuous marketing and promotion and growth of the lodge, using different platforms including social media.
• Attend Industry events, seminars, workshops, activities etc. to be abreast of latest trends and happenings.
• Promote and sell the property as per the sales plan
• Follow up on outstanding queries
• Acquisition of new clients
