Site Agent/ Construction Foreman

Job Description

• You will be tasked with the supervision and management of road construction and rehabilitation projects
• Management & supervision of Site Engineers, Sub Contractors and general site staff
• Client liaison
• Daily and Monthly Costing
• Reporting to Contracts Manager
• Development of budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Complete projects within quality, safety and financial specifications
• Planning, scheduling (programming) and administration of sites/projects

Job Requirements

1. BSc/ BEng/ BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or any related qualification
2. 2 – 5 experience in construction projects 2 of which should have been in road construction and rehabilitation projects.
3. For those with Highway Engineering Technician certificate, a solid 5 years experience in road construction and rehabilitation is needed.
4. ERB registered
5. Valid driving license
6. Botswana Citizens ONLY
