Armstrongs, a law firm in Gaborone is urgently looking for the services of a Legal Secretary for its commercial department.
The ideal candidate must:
+ be committed and be able to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast pace environment;
+ have a good knowledge of preparing commercial legal documents;
+ be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word;
+ Have excellent communication skills;
+ Have a professional phone manner;
+ understand diary management;
+ be able to transcribe from a Dictaphone;
+ be able to work with minimal supervision.
