Kwenantle Farmers (Pty) Ltd is a large commercial crop farming enterprise located in the Northern Tuli Block. The company produces mainly sugar beans, maize and a variety of horticultural produce. We currently seek to employ the services of an experienced Farm Manager who will be mainly responsible for the expansion project commencing in January 2019.

Duties
+ Manages the implementation of the approved irrigation system 
+ Directs and coordinates activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting and upgrading.
+ Determines procedural changes in drying, grading, storage, shipment for greater efficiency and accuracy.
+ Coordinates cropping activities with those of engineering, equipment maintenance, packing houses, and other related departments.
+ Maintenance of farming equipment to ensure proper functioning
+ Purchases machinery, equipment, and supplies, such as tractors, seed, fertilizer, and chemicals.
+ Hires, discharges, transfers, and promotes workers, enforces safety regulations and enforces policies.
+ Confers with purchasers and arranges for sale of crops.
