JD Specialized Recruitment are currently looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER for a Safari operation in Botswana

Skills and experience required:-

– Needs to have managed camps in remote environments, be very hands on

– FOH and BOH

– Proven training and team leader experience

– Mobile safari experience – either from a guiding perspective or logistics

– Botswana experience

– Mechanical/maintenance knowledge – or at least be able to work through systematically to assess what the problem could be, and what doesn’t look right!

– Strong financial experience, as will be monitoring costs and budgets for camps and mobile operations

– Proven planning and project management experience

– Good level of computer literacy

-Tertiary Education relevant to the Industry – non-negotiable

Salary on offer of P25000pm with no benefits
