Diploma in Business Management Minimum

Experience:

3 years in Dry-Cleaning services business

Qualities:

• Great personality Good communication skills Articulate in English and Setswana Good problem solver
• Excellent supervisory and management skills Responsibilities:
• Overall management of the Dry-clean and supervises the work of the employees working in the Dry-clean
• Ensuring that employees adhere to the general policies and procedures of the Dry-clean
• Ensuring that if there are any customer issues they ore being solved promptly
• Ensuring that equipment is inspected and maintained on o regular basis
• Ensuring that the building and generol assets ore maintained on a regular basis
