Bokomo Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a leading producer of wheat, maize and sugar products. The locally manufactured products and an extensive basket of FMCG products are distributed throughout Botswana from its premises in Gaborone.

SUPPLY CHAIN AND RETURNS SUPERINTENDENT

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the effective and accurate inventory control on both incoming stock replenishment from our principals, as well as effective management of the Returns process from trade and Chep account.

Required outputs:

• Daily updated SOH of milling and agency products on SAP
• Demand planning and order fill
• Supervise returns department and ensure returns policy and procedure is maintained to minimize returns from trade.
• Management of Chep account within budget
• People management
• Health and safety

Qualifications/Experience:

Degree in Logistics and Business Management.

A minimum of 5 years’experience as Stores Supervisor/Supply Chain/lnventory Controller.

Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

SAP experience essential.
