Senior Services Manager

ASC Services was established in 2001, and is a leading IT company based in Gaborone Botswana.

This critical role in our organisation is responsible for service delivery to internal and external customers as well as suppliers, vendors and technology partners. A professional who can take our operation to the next level of service deliver and customer engagement. An individual who can support the sales team with technical presales support and maintain a high level customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent management skills to deal with, leading teams, partners, vendors, suppliers and various business verticals as well as offering solid technical experience in all aspects of ICT. The individual must have the ability to mentor and coach staff to improve overall company service delivery operation and grow customer base. The individual will report to the CEO.
