Job Title: Childcare Assistant

Location: Jwaneng

Duties and Responsibilities

9. Assist young children, 6 weeks to 4 years of age with toileting, washing hands, getting to sleep and waking up
10. Assist and supervise children on the playground and in activity centers
11. Talk with and engage children when they are in activity centers or involved in activities on the playground
12. Assist teachers with housekeeping tasks such as wiping down tables, cleaning the floors, etc
13. Provide feedback to the Early Childhood Teacher about any individual child’s needs
14. Encourage the independence of children
15. Assist other staff members as needed

Qualifications and Experience

3. BGCSE or equivalent
4. No experience required

The position require successful completion of a criminal background check, to include fingerprinting
