Legal Services Intern (2 Year Contract)

Main Purpose of the Job:
To assist in the management of the Company’s Legal Services and Company Secretarial function while assisting in ensuring compliance with relevant statutory/regulatory requirements and company policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Render legal advice on various Company and Board matters
• Facilitate the Company to comply with Statutory and Regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Preparation for Board and Committee meetings
• Minute taking at Board and Committee meetings
• Maintenance of Board records and company contracts
• Any other duty that may be assigned

• Time cautious
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team work and excellent inter personal skills

Academic Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have attained the following:
• Bachelor of Laws from a recognized institution
