Implementation of membership strategies, policies and procedures to ensure attraction, retention and upgrading of members while ensuring that members comply with legislative and BICA requirements.

• Initiates and recommends to Manager- Membership Services guidelines and procedures that will ensure compliance with legislation, as well as the requirements of BICA membership.

• Generates statistics and reports that keep BICA management informed about membership and challenges thereof.

• Monitors and advises on effective quality assurance procedures that support BICA’s membership function.

• Collects and reviews information for processing of applications of potential members, renewals and upgrading of all classes of BICA membership and ensuring adherence thereto.

• Capturing of new applications, receipts amendments and proof of payment

• Reviews documentation submitted for clearance and membership registration for completeness and compliance with legislative and BICA requirements and makes recommendation to the Membership Services Manager.

• Monitors members’ compliance with BICA membership requirements by sampling, checking and validating members’ submissions.

• Adheres to all SHEQ and corporate governance principles, policies and procedures in area of responsibility.

• Degree in Accounting or any related business field.

• At least 2 years post qualification experience working in an administration environment

• Work experience from a Regulatory body will be an added advantage
