ICL Botswana, an IT Solutions & Services company, seeks to engage the services of a highly skilled Sales Executive to fill the post of Business Development Executive. Suitably qualified and skilled candidates are invited to apply giving full details of qualifications and relevant working experience.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Selling IT solutions to prospective clients
• Promote ICL Botswana products, services and brand
• Drive successful sales of ICL products and services
• Research the most appropriate solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations to clients
• Achieve agreed sales and profit margin targets.
• Develop a strong relationship with all customers
• Work with the Business Development Manager to formulate sales plans
• Account Management and client liaison
• Sales Pipeline Management to ensure sales growth
• Participate in Contracts negotiations
• Participate in department forecasting and target setting exercises.

Desired Minimum Qualifications. Qualities & Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in IT with the last 2 in Sales
• A proven track record in putting together large IT solutions proposals
• Exceptional networking and good rapport building skills
• Good knowledge of leading solutions such as but not limited to Microsoft. HP. Gsco. etc
• Demonstrate good Business Analysis and Solution mapping skills
• Degree in Business or IT
• Integrity and ability to sell to senior management
• Ability to meet deadlines, effective time management, results focussed
• IT technical knowledge will be an added advantage
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Must be a citizen of Botswana
