ACCOUNTS OFFICER

The Ideal candidate should

• Timely and accurate processing of all invoices, expense claims and credit card payments.
• Allocate invoices to appropriate cost centers and, respective ledgers, ensure approval is according to financial delegation, policies and procedures.
• Timely completion of all bank reconciliations.
• Reconciliation of supplier statements with the financial system balance.
• Maintain the records of accounts payable by filing all source documents and system generated reports and prepare reports and other documentation for management when requested.
• Assist to submit the Management accounts on time.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Finance &accounting or ACCA
• Good Knowledge of Accounting packages (Knowledge in ERP
• Make sure all the documents are prepared as per the regulations for the cross-border delivery.
• Directing all transport activities.
• Examine the documents & signed POD’s for each delivery to make sure that all are in order.
• Make sure all the vehicle documents are to update, and are in place.

Education

• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 -7 years of proven experience on the same field.
• Good knowledge in MS Office & MS Outlook.
• Good Interpersonal communication skill.
