Key Purpose

• To Manage Engen’s property portfolio in Botswana.
• Identify and asses new property and retail opportunities and recommend to management for approval.
• Monitor existing Retail facilities and ensure they deliver expected value.
• Prepare economic evaluation models to support new projects.
• Work in conjunction with project engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Manage security of tenure.

Education & Experience

• A Degree in Business Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience

• Organisational process knowledge with respect to property acquisition
• Basic project management knowledge
• Principles of financial analysis
• Sound knowledge of Engen policies and procedures
