Qualifications & experience
+ Trade, National Craft Certificate, (Heavy Plant/Diesel) or Degree Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)
+ A Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management.
+ Minimum 10 years in the mining industry, with at least 3 years of proven success at a managerial level
Skills
+ Proven ability to develop and control the budget for a department/division
+ Proven ability to scope, plan, resource, co- ordinate and execute multiple large projects simultaneously
+ Proven ability to grow and develop sub-ordinates
+ Proficient at MS Office (MS Projects, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook)
+ Able to manage demanding internal and external stakeholders
