RECEPTIONIST – FRANCISTOWN BRANCH (Permanent position)

Key performance Areas

• Collecting and processes switchboard data and produces reports.

• Recording messages and resolving basic queries

• Responding to incoming calls and routes calls to correct location

• Maintaining confidentiality of information

• Performing secretarial duties for Group executives

• Providing department with support in relation to arranging functions, venue bookings and making travel arrangements when necessary.

• Building and maintains relationships with suppliers and venue coordinators.

• Maintaining professional internal and external relationships at management level.

Job requirements

• Completed secretarial or office administration qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Technical knowledge about industry will be advantageous

• 1-3 years’ work experience in similar role a plus Competencies requirements

• Planning and organising
