BENEFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Organizational Psychology with training on the Design and Implementation of the Assessment/Development Centre
Membership of a recognized professional body
EXPERIENCE:
At least twelve (12) years relevant experience in Assessment Services, two (2) years of which must have been served at an executive level and four (4) years as an Assessment/Development Centre Designer.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To oversee the development of assessment instruments and their quality assurance mechanisms to maintain relevant solutions.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. Leads and supports the development and review of assessment instruments for different levels/jobs in all phases of content development, validation design and implementation.
2. Oversees implementation of the research functions
3. Designs and recommends new approaches, structures and systems for assessment.
4. Develops, monitors and evaluates quality control measures of the Centre
5. Oversees the upkeep of Assessment/Development records
6. Collaborates with all relevant stakeholders in the Assessment/Development process
7. Benchmarks and develops best practice programme delivery strategies.
8. Provide on the job training to supervisees and manage their performance.
9. Engages in thorough /ongoing research to keep abreast with developments on assessment instruments/ methods
10. Models professionalism and exemplary behaviours among staff
