BILLING AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Invoicing Patients and ensuring that all invoices are submitted to relevant Guarantors
• Timely issuing of renewal of Guarantee Forms, Approval Letters to patients for renewal with respective Guarantors.
• Maintenance and updating of Patient Register
• Debtors and Creditors reconciliation and collection
• Answer the switchboard, record and direct all calls to relevant officers
• Welcomes clients and guests and assist where possible

Qualifications & Attributes:

• O’ Level plus Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Book Keeping and or Office Management
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to details
• Good interpersonal and Customer Service Skills

Experience:

• Over three (3) years working relevant work experience
• Experience in a Health Care Environment would be an added advantage
