Bomaid is looking for dynamic, experienced and hands on individual for the following position:

(1)HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Job description

• Provide ongoing coaching, support and advice to the management and employees on people and HR related issues.
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and company policies and procedures
• Recruiting, training and developing staff
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Benefits administration
• Coordinates implementation of Staff welfare and wellness activities.
• Responsible for managing HR Records both manually and electronically
• Performing administrative tasks
• Performing background checks required by company

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field. HR certification will be an added advantage. A minimum of three (3) years relevant post qualification experience.
