DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A Botswana holding company with property interests in Botswana, South Africa and Zambia is looking for a self-starter, seasoned and experienced property professional to build, develop and manage a property portfolio.

Requirements

• Real Estate related
• Experience of 10 years or more in the property industry at senior level in the valuation, property management and brokerage/development fields.
• Knowledge of property it-systems will be essential.
• Proven exposure to regional property market/environment will be an added advantage

The position is located in Botswana but candidate must be willing to travel extensively.

A competitive package will be available to the right candidate dependent on experience and qualifications.
