MANAGER : CASE MANAGEMENT

A vacancy exists for a manager case management services with an established hospital

Job Summary

The successful applicant will manager a group of case managers to ensure that all patients are case managed to avoid financial loss.

Duties

The Manager duties will include :

• Clinical updating of funders whilst managing subordinates.
• Customer and client management with Authorisations
• Liaison with doctors and clinical staff
• Organisational leadership. Will lead and manage the case management and authorisation team to execute on the organisations
• Must be able to allocate duties, controls processes for effectively managing the department and driving growth and profitability
• Ensure that all patient are updated within the turnaround times to avoid losses to the company

Experience

• A minimum of 10 + case management experience is a must
• Proven track record in a similar environment and having demonstrated an ability to lead, manage and transform the department to meet the changing needs of the company
• The ideal candidate should have a traceable track record and have established relationships with funders to mitigate high risks.

Requirements

• A nursing Qualification
• An degree in Clinical Psychology and above
