A lending global ministry organization invites applications for a highly skilled Lead Pastor for their Gaborone branch.

The job consists of leading teams, event organization, personal life coaching conflict management, business administration marketing and public relations strategy, public speaking, teaching processes database implementation, finance administration property speaking and maintaining database integrity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Lead Pastor

• The candidate must be experienced in all areas of family counselling and conflict management
• The candidate must be a graduate of an Assemblies of God recognized school of Ministry.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years public speaking experience in government education, and religious sectors
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience abroad in other countries as well as locally in the youth, young adult, and adult age demographics
• The candidate must have experience in the development and facilities of Programs that build value, identity, and purpose in disadvantaged youth
• The candidate must be an ordained and licensed minister under the Australian Christian Churches Movement of Churches
