A lending global ministry organization invites applications for a highly skilled Executive Pastor for their Gaborone branch.

The job consists of leading teams, event organization, personal life coaching conflict management, business administration marketing and public relations strategy, public speaking, teaching processes database implementation, finance administration property speaking and maintaining database integrity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Executive Pastor

• The candidate must have prior experience working as an Executive Campus Pastor
• The candidate must hold a credential with the Australian Christian Churches Pentecostal Movement
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years public speaking experience in education and religious sectors

• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the development and implementation of resilience and character building education programs.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience and relevant postgraduate qualifications in the teaching of ages 11-18
• The candidate must be eligible for Teachers Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Australia.
• The candidate must have experience with facilitating, planning and training music
