Office Assistant/Receptionist – Team Engineers (Pty) Ltd

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

– Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
– take and distribute messages
– greet public & clients, and direct them to the correct staff member
– coordinate messenger service
– receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
– prepare outgoing mail for distribution
– faxing, scanning and copying of documents
– maintain office filing and storage systems
– retrieve information when requested
– monitor and maintain office supplies
– assist in making quotations for our products
– follow up payments by our customers

Education and Experience
– BGCSE or equivalent with previous office experience and/or office administration related
training e.g. receptionist qualification is an added advantage.
– competent computer skills including MS Office
– numerical and literacy skills
