Job Summary
The Accounts Officer’s role is a combination of administrative assistance and accounting support. They must be able to run an office as well as perfom higher-level functions, such as processing invoices and handling accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities
●Managing day to day transactions through the general ledger
●Accounts payable from receiving invoices through to payment
●Accounts receivable from invoicing through following up overdue payments
●Customer and Supplier monthly reconciliations
●Processing VAT payments
●Debtors Management
● Prepares the Payroll

Job Requirements
●Bachelor of Accounting and/or full time AAT qualification
●1 year or more experience
