PRIMARY SCHOOL HEAD

The candidate wilt be responsible for the overall adminis­tration of the Primary school in liaison with the High School Principal

Duties.

• Provides strategic leadership and management in the day-to-day running of the primary school
• Enhancing the international, multicultural ethos of the school and the values as set m trie Code of Conduct
• Plan and organise the day to day running of the pri­mary school, as well as becoming fully involved in the schools extra-curricular programme
• Builds and promote the Kgaswe brand
• Facilitates the ongoing development of academe ex­cellence at the school

The applicant must have

• Minimum Degree in Education plus 10 years post qualification experience in primary school administra­tion preferably at an international school
• Good knowledge of the Cambridge School Curricu­lum
• Previous experience in international schools and proven success in an administration role
• Good business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current educational trends and prac­tices is essential
