Specialist Lodge Management Couple required for a botanical healing retreat, catering to a unique target audience

Candidates require an extensive knowledge of Kosher cooking I and other crucial dietary requirements.

The ideal candidate-, should be competent In a range of cooking disciplines suchas Kosher, Halaal, Low FODMAP, Vegetarianism, Veganism, Intermittent Fasting, Gluten & Casein Free diets and should have a working relationship with the Bethdin and Halaal certification bodies. One of the candidates should have a Masters in one of the Asian healing expertise.

Summary of requirements:

1) Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing food according to the Jewish Kashrut law.

2) Have extensive knowledge to cater and interact with the above mentioned specialties and cultures.

3) Being able to source and identify correct and acceptable kosher products that adhere to Kashrut and are certified by the Union of Orthodox Synagogues.

• Have extensive experience preparing vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free and Casein-free meals .
• Must have extensive experience with hospitality computer systems.
• Must have a strong penchant for Administration in particular record keeping, stock taking, food costing and menu planning, taking into account seasonal produce.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have a valid first aid certificate.
• Must have knowledge of international hygiene standards.
• Master in a range of Healing sciences
