Head Chef – Thakadu Hotel in Letlhakane

Thakadu Hotel in Letlhakane is looking for a suitably and experienced Head Chef to manage and run their Kitchen

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Manage the relationship with suppliers
• Monitoring, maintaining of stock levels and rotation pro
• Ensure food quality production and cost management
• Manage safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
• Professional staff management and staff training

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma or National Certificate in Professional Cookery.
• Minimum of 4 Years as Hotel Head Chef
• Excellent communication and organizing skill
• Ability to create menus with a deep understanding of ingredients

• Excellent leadership and ability to delegate tasks
