Job Title: UHT Technician

Reporting To: Maintenance Foreman

Purpose of Job: Maintain and avail UHT and any other plant equipment at all times upholding high engineering Standards.

Key Performance Areas:

• Carry out routine/planned maintenance (Pragma or Planned Maintenance Schedule)
• Exercise fault finding/troubleshooting in the entire plant
• Carry out weekly inspections and do repairs as necessary
• Avail equipment to the Production Team at ail times
• Identify and inform Senior Tech/Foreman of spares required
• Provide any technical support any time in the event of breakdowns
• Maintain services on boilers, refrigeration, compressed air & distribution, electrical & water reticulation
• Install equipment as and when required on any engineering project
• 8uilding maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• NCC (Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation) or N4
• 3 to S years’experience as a qualified Artisan in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment or any related industry
• A valid Class B Driver’s License is essential, whilst knowledge of the process will be advantageous
