We, AIDC/Motor Centre Group, has the following vacancy for a dynamic, self -motivated and career oriented high achiever to join our property division

MANAGER PROPERTY DIVISION

Key responsibilities:

• Acquiring new tenants and administering Lease Agreements
• Providing tenants and contractors with assistance in all aspects including scheduling building maintenance and inspection. Ensure prompt action to requests from tenants and contractors.
• Overlook the entire property portfolio of the companies while adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Formulate daily/weekly/ monthly MIS pertaining to the property portfolio

Experience and Qualifications:

• A degree from a recognised university or a professional qualification along with 2 years’experience in Executive Level in Property management
• OR a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
• Should be willing to travel and have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Must be familiar with regulatory guidelines pertaining to commissioning of property
