SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER – Botswana YWCA

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity materials to maximise brand promotion
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the organisations operations manager to see them executed
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the organisation services to new and existing customers
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
• Planning and managing marketing events
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing program
• Supporting the manager in day to day marketing activities
• Plan, develop and deliver campaigns within stipulated time frame
• Working closely with all departments of the organisation to ensure marketing goals are met

Minimum Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or any related field with two years experience working in an NGO environment.
• Degree in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
