Projects Manager

The Incumbent will be expected to optimally manage projects allocated to them In line with BancABC Project Management Office policies and industry best practice.

Your main function will be to manage all aspects of projects in liaison with project sponsors/ owners and all the departments within the bank. Responsibilities for the Projects Manager Include;

Project Planning and Execution Project Monitoring and Reporting Alignment with Group and Associated Reporting

Issue Resolution and Communications Manage facilities for the bank and procurement of goods and services in the most cost effective manner in accordance with the applicable policies, systems and procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree; 8+ years’ experience In Project Management in a bank or a financial institution. Exposure to managing change will be an added advantage.

The ability to work under pressure in a stressful market condition is essential. The candidate will require good business acumen, integrity, effective verbal and written communication, strong facilitation, presentation and negotiation as well as good interpersonal skills.
