A fast-growing laboratory situated in Botswana has vacancy for the following posts:

1. Laboratory Technician/Scientist x 6 posts, The incumbent should hold Diploma/Degree as a Laboratory Medical Technologist, Microbiology, Haematology, Virology, Cytology, with experience specialising on Clinical Chemistry/ Immunology and 4-5 years experience.
2. Nurse Phlebotomists x 6 posts.

The incumbent should hold a Diploma/Degree in Nursing with 4-5 years experience.

A registered Phlebotomist would be preferred

1. Director of Finance (One Post)

The incumbent will be responsible for Financial Analysis, Evaluation Key Strategic options and developing business plans.

Responsibilities also include providing support for strategic planning, reporting, budget development, analysis of financial performance and cash flow, statutory and financial tax compliance with rules and regulations.

Requirement includes at least fifteen years of experience in the finance department in a large organization of which minimum ten years should be in a managerial position in the healthcare industry.

Exposure to ISO accreditation environment will added advantage.

The incumbent should be a CA/CPA/ICWA or CIMA or equivalent and with good computer and communication skills.
