SPORT DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION

• Reporting directly to the General Manager the incumbent will be responsible for providing day to day general administration and secretarial services, such as but not limited to a logistical arrangement for national team travel local training camps, facilitating requests for funding and monitoring the expenditure of the BAA grant.

Key tasks and responsibilities;

• Information Management & Recordkeeping
• Office Management/Administration
• BAA Activity Management
• Stakeholder Relations

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Sports Management / Public Administration or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years in the administration field.

• Good understanding of sporting culture
• Good Interpersonal Relations
• Good communication skills
• Good computer use applications skills
• Passion for sport.
