In-house Commercial/Corporate legal advisor

We are looking for a hardworking and driven individual to take up the position of in-house legal advisor in our firm.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as in-house legal advisor for clients
• Debt recovery
• Drafting  and vetting of commercial contracts
• Estate administration
• Trust registration and administration
• Providing legal support to client’s departments
• Other legal support duties as required by client.

Requirements

• LLB dregree

Minimum 5 years post qualification legal and compliance experience

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
