The Office Administrator will play a key role in the day to day running of the office. They will be required to ensure that the office environment is conducive to overall productivity and work output.

Duties

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook;
• Daily banking
• Petty Cash reconciliation and requisition submissions
• Collections of outstanding bills and payments
• Acquisition of office implements (i.e. stationery, cleaning materials, water etc)
• Overall tidiness of the office
• Supporting senior management with administrative duties
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• A certificate in related field
• Clean and Valid Driver’s licence
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Work under little or no supervision
• Well spoken and proficient in both English & Setswana
