ACCOUNTS CLERK x1 – FINE BRANDS BOTSWANA

• Keep a thorough record of petty cash transactions and capture them in the system daily
• Prepare a petty cash report weekly and reconcile account monthly
• Request, manage and capture supplier invoices
• Reconcile supplier accounts monthly and prepare payments
• Manage bank accounts deposits and reconcile accounts monthly
• Keeping records of customer’s accounts and making follow ups on payments daily
• Post and allocate customer payments
• Assist senior accounting and management with any tasks conducted within the accounting department
• Assist in budget preparation activities

Requirements

• A Certificate in Accounting or equivalent e.g AAT
• Competency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Organizational, verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Ability to meet all assigned deadlines
• Minimum 2 years in an accounting environment
