TRAINEE PERFORMANCE ANALYST – ALEXANDER FORBES

To assist institutional investors with performance monitoring, assessing investment products and performing general research related to investments.

Key performance Areas

• Compiling and analyzing investment details
• Preparation of Client and Investment performance reports
• Acquire, update, process and interpret and information received from the asset managers:
• Ensure data and process integrity
• Adherence to service legal agreements
• Develop and maintain relationships with asset managers and clients

Qualifications/ Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or related fields with a desire to study CIPM, CAIA, CFP or CFA.
• Minimum of 0-2 years industry experience with a focus on Asset Consulting
• Finance Services experience would be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills

• Must be fluent in both Setswana and English
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of investment management industry and global economic environment would be an added advantage
• Computer literacy- Microsoft Office, specifically Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
